Warehouse safety services
Beyond the box: rack safety audits, repairs and remediation, and structural re-engineering. We also coordinate installation through a network of vetted partners, so the people who help you spec the gear stay involved through the job.
What we do
Rack Safety Audits
On-site inspection of your pallet racking against RMI/ANSI MH16.1 and OSHA criteria. Inspectors document damaged uprights, overloaded beams, missing safety clips, and out-of-tolerance deflection, then hand you a prioritized damage report and a reusable checklist for routine safety rounds.
Rack Repairs & Remediation
Repair and remediation for damaged uprights, beams, and frames, using engineered repair kits designed to restore each component to its original load-bearing capacity. We build the repair plan around your facility and bring in a licensed professional engineer when a job calls for a stamped design, so damaged racking comes back to compliance without a full teardown.
Structural Re-Engineering
When loads or configurations change, we re-evaluate your existing rack against what you actually store, recommending beam-level, capacity, and load-application changes that keep the system within its rated limits, with a licensed professional engineer engaged when the change calls for a stamped review.
