Pallet Rack Repair Kits
A damaged upright does not have to mean tearing down and replacing a bay. Engineered repair kits — single- and double-leg, structural closed-tube, and the Pro single-, double- and slant-leg kits — bolt on with no welding and often without unloading the rack, splicing a new section of column in below the damage. What a kit restores is the column; the capacity of the repaired frame is for the engineer overseeing the repair to confirm before it is reloaded, which is what the industry damage-assessment guidance asks for.

The standard single-column repair kit for the most common forklift damage at the front column. Built from 10 ga. steel with all-bolted Grade 5 installation that eliminates welding, and 1/4″-thick connection channels for a rigid repair.
- Construction: 10 ga. steel
- Stock seat heights: 24″ to 84″ in 12″ increments (overall = seat + 9″)
- Connection: 1/4″-thick channels, all-bolted Grade 5 hardware (no welding)
- Footplate: 4″ × 12″ × 5/16″-thick, two 3/4″-dia. anchors
The S repair kit upgraded with a 1/4″-thick × 12″-high V-nose deflector for increased defense against future forklift damage. Shares all the features of the S kit, 10 ga. steel, all-bolted Grade 5 installation and rigid 1/4″ connection channels.
- Base kit: All S features
- Deflector: 1/4″-thick × 12″ high V-nose
- Construction: 10 ga. steel
- Connection: 1/4″-thick channels, all-bolted Grade 5 (no welding)
A compact 6″ repair kit fitted with a 12″ deflector to repair damage and prevent future impact. Built from 1/4″-thick steel with all-bolted installation, making it a quick fix for lower front-column damage.
- Design: 6″ repair kit with 12″ deflector
- Construction: 1/4″-thick steel
- Footplate: 4″ × 12″
- Mounting: Two 3/4″ × 4″ anchors, all-bolted
The strongest single-column repair kit in the range, using a structural 1/4″-thick closed-tube design. Available in 3″ or 4″ column widths with an optional V-nose deflector for added forklift defense.
- Design: Structural 1/4″-thick closed-tube
- Strength: Strongest single-column repair kit
- Column widths: 3″ or 4″
- Footplate: 4″ × 12″ × 5/16″-thick (custom/seismic available)
A fully engineered modular frame repair kit that includes a factory-welded bracing panel to repair a single damaged column along with its horizontal and diagonal struts. Available in structural C-channel, tube or roll-formed column designs and fully customizable for the application.
- Type: Modular single-leg frame repair
- Bracing: Includes factory-welded bracing panel
- Column designs: Structural C-channel, tube or roll-formed
- Customization: Fully customizable for specific applications
A factory-welded, engineered frame repair kit for pallet rack where both the front and rear columns are damaged, installed with bolted hardware. Available in structural C-channel, tube or roll-formed column designs.
- Type: Double-leg frame repair (front & rear columns)
- Build: Factory-welded and engineered, bolted installation
- Column designs: Structural C-channel, tube or roll-formed
- Footplate: 4″ × 12″ × 5/16″-thick (custom/seismic available)
An engineered single-column repair kit, built around a 1/4″-thick hollow structural steel (HSS) closed-tube post that splices in below the damage. It bolts on with no on-site welding and installs in under an hour, typically without unloading the rack. The maker is clear that a repair does not raise the rack's manufacturer-specified capacity — it restores the damaged column so the frame can go back into service, with beams re-seated using the hook-over accessory or bolted connections.
- Design: 1/4″-thick HSS closed-tube front post
- Install: Bolt-on, no welding, under 1 hr, typically no unloading
- Engineering: Engineered kit; restores original rated load capacity
- Heights: Cut to damage height, up to 24 ft column
The double-leg Pro kit repairs both the front and rear columns of a frame at once with two 1/4″-thick HSS closed-tube posts tied together by a C3-channel horizontal brace. It bolts to the existing rack with no welding and installs in under an hour, typically without unloading. Because it replaces the full base of the upright on both columns, it puts a heavier closed-tube section where the forklift strikes land — the maker does not claim a repair raises the rack's specified capacity, and neither do we.
- Design: Two 1/4″-thick HSS posts + C3-channel brace
- Install: Bolt-on, no welding, under 1 hr, typically no unloading
- Engineering: Engineered with braces; restores original load capacity
- Heights: Cut to damage height, up to 24 ft column
The slant configuration of the Pro kit repairs sloped or specialty frames, with an angled base cut to match the existing pitched upright in single- or double-leg form. It uses the same 1/4″-thick HSS closed-tube construction and bolts on with no welding, installing in under an hour and typically without unloading the rack. Each kit is engineered and made-to-measure to restore the sloped frame's original rated load capacity.
- Design: 1/4″-thick HSS closed-tube post with angled base
- Fits: Slanted/sloped racks, structural & cold-formed · single or double leg
- Install: Bolt-on, no welding, under 1 hr, typically no unloading
- Engineering: Made-to-measure; restores original load capacity
