A dual-rail barrier in 11-gauge ribbed steel, rated by the manufacturer at 3,000 lbs at 4 mph — deliberately lighter than vehicle guardrail because its job is separating people from traffic, not stopping a loaded truck. At the 42″ post height the top rail meets OSHA fall-protection height. Post heights of 18″, 26″ and 42″ on 6″ × 6″ × 1/2″ base plates, with the same drop-in, lift-out rails.

A 1.9″ tubular steel barrier in 2-rail and 3-rail configurations, assembled from sockets, elbows and flanges so runs can be shaped around corners and columns on site. It is a traffic-control barrier only: the manufacturer states it is not rated for fall protection or crash applications, so it should not be substituted where an impact-rated guardrail is specified. Bolts down through railing flanges with 3/8″ø × 2-3/4″ wedge anchors.
