Rails and posts are ordered separately — both are in the table. Rail lengths are on post centres. The four-way post is punched on all sides, so the same post serves corners, ends, tees and inline runs; it sits on a 10″ × 10″ × 1/2″ footplate. A straight run needs one more post than rails.

The lightest tier of the drop-in guardrail range, rated by the manufacturer at 5,000 lbs at 5 mph. Built from 14-gauge steel on 4″ × 4″ posts with 8″ × 8″ × 1/2″ base plates, it is sized for electric pallet trucks, powered stackers, manual jacks and push carts rather than counterbalance forklifts. Rails drop into welded post sleeves and lift out again, so a damaged section is swapped without loose hardware.
